Dr. Bethany has been passionate about health and wellness for as long as she can remember. As an athlete growing up, she attended physical therapy for injuries from a young age and became interested in the field of physical therapy.

She attended St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX to study kinesiology with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy for her undergraduate degree. She received her clinical Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX. After 3 years of specializing in pelvic health physical therapy, she earned her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC), which distinguishes her as an expert in the field of pelvic rehabilitation for both men and women.

Dr. Bethany has treated people with many pelvic health conditions. Her passion is treating people with pelvic health conditions that may contribute to male or female pelvic pain, urinary frequency or urgency, constipation, endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, vulvodynia, vaginismus, painful intercourse and many other diagnoses.

During her treatment sessions, she consistently incorporates exercise, connective tissue/myofascial release, dry needling, internal and external pelvic floor muscle treatment, cupping, electric stimulation, and other treatment modalities. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and keeps up to date on current research to give you the best pelvic health physical therapy care available.
